Guiding Organizations with Practical Legal Solutions Since 1997

About Us

Alcorn Law Corporation offers comprehensive legal services to both non-profit and for-profit organizations. In addition to our firm’s expertise, we collaborate with other law and accounting firms to address matters requiring specialized knowledge, such as litigation, tax, or political law.

We believe that informed clients are empowered clients. Regular audits of governance documents are an effective means to reduce legal costs and proactively address potential issues. It is essential to ensure that articles of incorporation, bylaws or operating agreements, and related policies are current and aligned with the evolving legal and strategic context. Keeping staff, contractors, and volunteers updated on compliance requirements can mitigate risk and support organizational stability.

Non-profit entities are subject to heightened obligations. As such, we regularly conduct board orientation sessions, covering not only legal considerations but also optimal power structures and division of duties frequently observed in high-performing associations.
